Jewelry may begin to break down when not cared for properly, you should always follow these rules:
-Do your best to avoid wearing your jewelry while you exercise.
-Take jewelry off if it's at risk of getting wet.
-Avoid spraying Perfumes or getting lotions on your jewelry.
- Keep your jewelry in the drawstring bag provided when storing.
